10.5x21x6" deep open display box contains Remco set that consists of 16" hard plastic rubberband-powered "Seaview" submarine that dives, steers, surfaces, fires torpedoes; two different 2.25" tall plastic diver figures (one w/gun and one w/metal detector); instructions and rarely found 9.5" dia. thin vacuform plastic octopus. ©1965 Cambridge Publications, Inc. Illustrated cardboard box w/Remco logo and "Voyage To The Bottom Of The Sea" logo and detailed underwater display bkg. has moderate wear, w/four 1" to 1.5" tears at corners and scattered creases. VG/Fine. Instruction sheet shows handling wear. VF. Seaview submarine complete w/two torpedoes on roof behind tower and wind-up propeller is in working condition. Original decals intact. Scattered lt. aging but VF overall. The octopus shows wear w/cracks and chips. Most are 1/8" to .25" but there are three cracks around .5", .25" and two 1/8" chips to tentacle tips. VG. This piece is rarely found complete w/set given its fragile nature.
